【摘要】 在当前气候变暖,气象灾害频发的条件下,驻马店近5年粮食连续丰产丰收,形成品优名牌特色,气象科技兴粮保障服务起到至关重要的作用。该文从加强气象防灾减灾体系建设、建立人影指挥作业系统、完善综合监测服务体系等方面阐述了气象在农业防灾减灾中的作用,并提出做好粮食安全生产气象服务工作思路及建议,对粮食核心区安全生产具有一定的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the condition of climate is becoming warmer and warmer and meteorological disasters are increasing,food supplies have good harvests in recent five years and become local characteristics in Zhumadian,meteorological technology is important to develop guarantee service.This study discusses the function of meteorology in agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation and puts forward the thoughts and suggestions of meteorological services on doing well the food supplies safety production from enhancing the construction of disaster prevention and mitigation system,establishing artificial influence weather system,improving integrative monitoring service system and other aspects,it will direct the safety production in major grain producing area.更多还原
