【摘要】 [目的]用液相色谱-串联质谱法建立鸡蛋中地克珠利残留的检测方法,并考察地克珠利在鸡蛋中的消除规律。[方法]用乙腈和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液提取,60℃氮气吹干,乙腈溶解,过0.22μm微孔滤膜后,采用液相色谱-串联质谱分析。[结果]地克珠利在1~50μg/kg范围内具有较好的线性关系(r2>0.99),检测限和定量限分别为0.2和0.5μg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,适用于鸡蛋中地克珠利残留量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aimed to build the detection method for residues of diclazuril and investigate the depletion of diclazuril in chicken eggs.[Method] The material was extracted by mixed solution of acetonitrile and ethyl-acetate,the extracts were dried by nitrogen gas,redissolved in acetonitrile,filtered through 0.22 μm micropore film and directly injected into the LC-MS/MS system.[Result] The calibration curves were linear(r2>0.99)in the range of 1-50 μg/kg.Limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ)were 0.2 μg/kg and 0.5 μg/kg.[Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate enough to determine residues of diclazuril in chicken eggs.更多还原
