【摘要】 通过对全国各省2000~2005年的国民收入增量和国民收入中各产业所占比重的增量两类指标的分析,结果表明:劳动力转移与区域经济发展结构因素有一定的相关性,进而比较分析了甘肃省与全国劳动力的产业分布以及产业劳动力结构与产值偏离度等指标,得出:改革开放以来,甘肃省大量的劳动力还滞留在第一产业中,第二产业和第三产业所接纳劳动力的能力要弱于全国平均水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two indices of national income increase and the proportion increase of various industries in the national income in different provinces during 2000-2005 were analyzed.The results showed that there was certain relationship between the labor force transfer and the structure factor of the regional economy development.The industrial distribution,industrial labor force structure and output value deviation degree and other indices of Gansu Province and the whole nation were compared.The results showed that massive labor forces in Gansu Province were in the primary industry since the reform and open policy.But the absorbing ability of labor force for the second industry and the tertiary industry was weaker than that of the national average level.更多还原
