微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定黄皮果中痕量镉

【摘要】 [目的]测定黄皮果中痕量金属镉,为进一步开发提供科学依据。[方法]采用HNO3+H2O2作消解试剂、2段式微波消解法处理样品,利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定黄皮果中金属镉的含量。[结果]通过优化试验条件,建立了一种快速检测黄皮果中的痕量镉的有效方法。镉的检出限为0.66 ng/ml,线性范围为0~8.0 ng/ml;样品测定回收率在97.3%~103.2%,相对标准偏差为1.6%。[结论]该方法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、准确、快速的特点,用于实际样品中镉含量检测,结果满意。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The theoretic reference for the development of cadmium in the fruit of Chinese wampee was provided through its measurement.[Method] The content of cadmium in fruit of Chinese wampee was determined with the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry based on the HNO3+H2O2 being taken as the digestive dissolvent agent and the sample being treated with two periods method of microwave digestion technique.[Results] The effective determination method of cadmium in the fruit of Chinese wampee was established based the optimal optimum condition and the detection limitation of cadmium was 0.66 ng/ml,the liner range was 0-8.0 ng/ml,the recovery rate of the sample was 97.3%-103.2% and RSD was 1.6%.[Conclusion] This method was with high sensitivity,accuracy,low detection limitation as well as speediness and exactness,which could be applied in the determination of Cd in samples with satisfactory results.
