海带多糖对小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA的影响
Effect of Laminarina japonica Polysaccharides on the Intestinal Mucosal Secretary SIgA in Mice
【摘要】 [目的]研究海带多糖对小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA的影响。[方法]将40只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,分别以125、250、500μg/g的海带多糖灌胃小鼠15 d,以灌胃蒸馏水小鼠为对照,取小肠黏膜,采用试剂盒法测小肠黏膜组织的SIgA活性。[结果]250和500μg/g的海带多糖能够促进小鼠肠黏膜对SIgA的分泌量。[结论]海带多糖能够显著增强小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA活性,并有随剂量增加活性增强的趋势。海带多糖对小鼠的免疫调节可能是通过肠道免疫系统发挥作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aims to research the effect of Laminarina japonica Polysaccharides(LJPS) on intestinal immunity SIgA in mice.[Method] The mice are fed with LJPS at doses of 250,500 μg/g.The effect of LJPS on intestinal immunity SIgA activity is evaluated in normal mice by ELISA box.[Result] LJPS 250 and 500 μg/g can enhance secretion of SIgA in mice,but it has no effect at 125 μg/g.[Conclusion] LJPS increases activity of SIgA in mice and the activity increasing with dose of LJPS.The effect of LJPS on intestinal immunity in mice may regulate the intestinal immunity system.
