【摘要】 [目的]通过对栀子茎尖进行组织培养和快速繁殖试验,为栀子的产业化生产提供参考和依据。[方法]以栀子茎尖为外植体,通过诱导分化,增殖,生根等组织培养法来快速繁殖栀子幼苗,最后对试管幼苗进行驯化移栽。[结果]MS+BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L的培养基有利于栀子芽的萌发,成活率高达100%;MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L的培养基有利于增殖;1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L的培养基生根效果好;在比例按m(珍珠岩)∶m(草木灰)∶m(菜园土)=1∶1∶1混合并经过消毒处理的基质中移栽幼苗成活率高。[结论]以栀子茎尖为外植体,采用组织培养技术可以实现栀子幼苗的快速繁殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of this research was to study the shoot tip tissue culture and rapid propagation,and provide reference basis for the industrialization production of gardenia.[Method] With shoot tip of gardenia as explants, gardenia seedlings were abtained from tissue culture such as induction,differentiation,rooting and then transplantated and domesticated.[Result] The MS+BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L culture medium is advanta-geous to the germinaton of gardenia buds and the survival rate reached 100%.The culture medium with MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L is advantageous in the multiplication expands the numerous raise.Effective rooting was appearanced in the culture medium with 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L.The tissue culture cultivation is advantageous to the survive and the growth in the matrix that is based on the ratio of m(pearlite)∶m(plant ash)∶m(garden soil)=1∶1∶1.[Conclusion] With shoot tip of gardenia as explants,the rapid propagation of gardenia seedlings can be realized using tissue culture technology.更多还原
