【摘要】 [目的]对沙苑子染色体的数目及核型进行分析研究。[方法]根尖用0.002 mol/L 8-羟基喹啉处理3 h,卡诺固定液固定30 min以上,1 mol/L盐酸水解5 min,卡宝品红染色5 min,然后制片。[结果]沙苑子的染色体是二倍体,染色体数目为16,染色体核型公式为2n=2x=16=10m(2SAT)+4sm+2st,第8号染色体有随体,核型类型为"2B"型。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to analyze and study the chromosome number and karyotpye of Semen astragali Complanati.[Method] The young roots were treated with 0.002 mol/L 8-hydroxyquinoline for 3 h and immobilized with Carnoy’s fixative for 30 min.And hydrolysis with 1 mol/L HCl for 5 min and dyed with carbol fuchsin for 5 min to make the plate for observation.[Result] The chromosome of S.astragali was diploid.The chromosome number was 16 and the karyotype formula was 2n =2x =16=10m(2SAT)+4sm+2st.The 8th chromosome of S.astragali had satellites and the karyotype multiple was "2B" type.更多还原
