【摘要】 以1995~2006年安徽省农业产出与农村义务教育投入数据为基础,在向量自回归的分析框架下,利用格兰杰因果检验、脉冲反应函数和方差分解分析了农村义务教育投入对农业经济增长的影响。结果表明,农村义务教育投入对农业经济增长具有促进作用,但由于现阶段农村义务教育投入偏低导致其没有发挥应有的作用。指出政府一要加大对农村义务教育的投入,二要采取适当的措施引导社会资本对农村义务教育的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Anhui Province statistical data,this paper used VAR approach to analyze the effects of rural compulsory education on agricultural economic growth from 1995 to 2006.The result was that rural compulsory education had significant positive effects on agricultural economic growth,but the effect was relatively small in short time.The policy implications of this result were that the government should not only increase inputs but also take appropriate measures to guide social capital supporting on rural compulsory education.更多还原
