利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测盐城市区主要河流的水质状况

【摘要】 [目的]研究盐城市区主要河流的水质状况。[方法]以筛选出的敏感型的无污染蚕豆为材料,分别从流经盐城市城区的主要河流通榆河、小洋河以及串场河采取水样,利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核检测技术对其水质状况进行比较分析。[结果]各采样点水质的微核率存在一定的差异,其中小洋河水样的微核率最高,为5.133‰,其次是串场河水样,为3.134‰,通榆河水样的微核率最低,为2.295‰。污染指数显示通榆河属于基本无污染,小洋河属于中度污染,而串场河属于轻度污染。[结论]该研究为准确掌握河流的水质污染和开展有效的水污染治理提供了基础参考。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to study the water qualities of the main rivers of Yancheng City.[Method] With the screened sensitive broad bean without pollution as materials,the samples were collected from the main rivers of Tongyu river,Xiaoyang river and Chuanchang river flowing through Yancheng City resp.and their water qualities were compared and analyzed by the broad bean root-tip cell micronucleus technique.[Result] There was certain difference on the micronucleus rates among the water qualities of various sampling points.Among them,the micronucleus rate of the water sample from Xiaoyang river was highest,being 5.133‰,followed by that from Chuanchang river,being 3.134‰ and that of Tongyu river was lowest,being 2.295‰.The pollution index indicated that Tongyu river was not polluted basically,Xiaoyang river was moderately polluted and Chuanchang river was lightly polluted.[Conclusion] The research provided basic reference for accurately mastering the water pollution of rivers and launching effective control.
