棉铃虫取食烟草对附近健康植株直接防御的诱导

【摘要】 [目的]分析棉铃虫幼虫取食烟草后对附近健康植株直接防御水平的影响。[方法]以普通烟草Nicotiana tabacum L.和棉铃虫He-licoverpa armigera为研究系统,分析棉铃虫幼虫取食烟草后,烟草释放的挥发性气体对附近健康植株直接防御水平的影响。[结果]在处理组试验中,当天4株烟草B上共置幼虫70头,第2、3、4、5、6、7天它们的幼虫总成活头数(平均每株烟草上的幼虫头数)分别为29(7.2)、12(3.0)、4(1.0)、2(0.5)、2(0.5)和2(0.5)头。在对照试验中,当天4株烟草B上共置幼虫80头,第23、、45、、67、天它们的幼虫总成活头数(平均每株烟草上的幼虫头数)分别为62(15.5)、16(4.0)1、5(3.8)、12(3.0)、12(3.0)和11(2.8)头。[结论]该研究为确定烟草间是否存在植物通讯提供了依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The purpose was to analyze the effects of Helicoverpa armigera larvae-damaged tobaccos on the direct defence level of their nearby healthy plants.[Method] With common tobacco Nicotiana tabacum L.and cotton bollworm H.armigera as studied system,the effects of volatiles gas released from H.armigera larvae damaged tobaccos,which were damaged by H.armigera larvae,on the direct defence level of their nearby healthy plants were studied.[Result] In the experiment of treatment group,the total survival amount of the larvae on four B-type tobacco plants and the average larvae amount on each B-type tobacco plant of the 4 tobacco plants B were 29(7.2),12(3.0),4(1.0),2(0.5),2(0.5) and 2(0.5) resp.on the 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th and 7th day since the day when 70 larvae were put on the 4 plants.In the controlled experiment,the total survival amount of the larvae and the average larvae amount on B′-type tobacco plant of the 4 tobacco plants B were 62(15.5),16(4.0),15(3.8),12(3.0),12(3.0) and 11(2.8) resp.on the 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th and 7th day since the day when 80 larvae were put on the 4 plants.[Conclusion] This study provide basis for ascertaining whether there was interplant communications between tobaccos.
