【摘要】 海洋多变复杂的环境导致了海洋微生物的多样性。近年来,在对海洋微生物的研究中发现了许多独特的生物活性物质。通过对这些生物活性物质的提取、药理研究,为新药的开发和各种疑难疾病的治愈提供了新的希望。就海洋微生物活性物质的几种重要生物活性,如抗肿瘤、抗菌、酶及酶抑制剂活性分别进行概述,同时概括了海洋微生物活性物质的研究方法以及存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The environment of sea is changeable and complex,which causes the diversity of marine microorganism.In recent years,many unique bioactive materials were found in the researches of marine microorganism.The extraction and pharmacology of these bioactive materials were studied,which provide new hope for the development of new medicines and the cure of different diseases.Several kinds of important bioactivity of active materials from marine microorganism were introduced,such as anti-tumor,antibacterial,enzyme and enzyme inhibitor activity.And the research methods and existing problems of active materials from marine microorganism were summarized.更多还原
