盐胁迫下金银花叶片绿原酸含量的变化

【摘要】 [目的]为绿原酸的存在找一个最适的盐环境,在提高金银花绿原酸的含量和合理利用盐碱地方面提供一定的科学依据。[方法]分别对藤本金银花(金花1号)一年生苗在4个不同浓度(0、100、200、400 mmol/L)的NaC l胁迫下的叶片绿原酸含量变化进行了测定和分析。[结果]试验结果表明,金银花叶片内绿原酸的含量随盐浓度变化,短期内呈现低盐下降,高盐上升的趋势,但没有达到统计学上的显著水平。[结论]短期的盐处理不会对金银花叶片的绿原酸含量造成显著影响,但金银花植株仍表现出对盐环境的应激性。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The optimum environment for the existence of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle under the condition of salt stress was explored and the scientific basis of the content-increasing of chlorogenic acid and rational utilization of saline-alkali soil were provided.[Method] The content of chlorogenic acid in one year-old honeysuckle(Jinghua No.1) leaf under four different concentrations(0,100,200 and 400 mmol/L) of NaCl stress were measured and their variations were analyzed,respectively.[Results] The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle leaf was different with the change of salt concentration and in the short term,the content of hypo-salt was declined and the content of hyper-salt was upward trend,which did not reach statistically significant level.[Conclusion] The salt treatment in short-term did not significantly impact the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle leaf,but the stress reaction of honeysuckle plant to salt environment could be still showed.
