【摘要】 总结和分析广东省潮州市农用地定级估价项目中农用地定级方法的缺点。引入了聚类分析方法,并以潮州市湘桥区意溪镇灌溉水田为例,进行模拟定级。通过与原使用的农用地定级方法——总分频率曲线法进行比较,认为使用一般聚类分析法得到的结果与实际情况更加符合,相对与原总分频率法更具科学性和合理性,并且可以满足工作的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disadvantage of grading of agricultural land method in Guangzhou City of Guangdong Province was summarized and analyzed.Taking the irrigated land of Yixi Town,Xiangqiao Area of Chaozhou City,the Cluster Analysis Method was introduced to simulate the procedure of grading.According to the comparison between the Cluster Analysis Method and the old method,the authors believed that the Cluster Analysis Method would be more conforming to reality,more scientific and reasonable,and could meet the need of working.更多还原
