摩交一代水牛与沼泽型水牛下丘脑细胞构筑的比较研究

【摘要】 [目的]为水牛下丘脑参与生殖生理功能调节的研究提供形态学依据。[方法]应用石蜡切片NISSL染色,采用DMRXAQ550JMS型显微镜及其图象分析系统扫描水牛下丘脑切片。以LEICQWIN图象分析软件对细胞数密度、胞体平均面积、胞体周长、各型细胞的出现率进行研究。[结果]比较摩交一代水牛与沼泽型水牛下丘脑细胞构筑,结果显示,2种水牛下丘脑细胞大小差异较大,巨型、大型、中型、小型细胞在各个核团均有出现,且各自的比例也有明显不同;摩交一代水牛与沼泽型水牛下丘脑内侧部9个核团的神经纤维分布相似,各型细胞的出现率不同;摩交一代水牛与沼泽型水牛相比,在9个主要核团的细胞构筑均有明显差别。[结论]2种不同类型水牛下丘脑细胞存在较大差异,其参与调节2种类型水牛的不同生理生殖功能。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The scientific basis for the research on the role of the hypothalamus in function adjustment of reproductive physiology was provided.[Method]The hypothalamus paraffin wax slices of water buffalos were stained by NISSL staining and they were scanned by DMRX AQ550JMS microscope and analyzed with image analysis system.The density of cell number,the average area of cell,the cell perimeter and the frequency of each kind of cell were researched.[Results] The cytoarchitecture of hypothalamus between buffalo hybrid and swamp buffalo was compared and the results indicated that the cells sizes of hypothalamus were different between two buffaloes.The giant,large-scale,medium and small cells appeared in each nuclei,and the respective cells proportion also had obviously difference.In buffalo hybrid and swamp buffalo,the distribution of nine nucleis’nerve fiber in hypothalamus was similar,and the frequency of each cell was obviously different.The cytoarchitecture of nine main nucleis between buffalo hybrid and swamp buffalo had obvious difference.[Conclusion] There was big difference in the cell of hypothalamus between buffalo hybrid and swamp buffalo,which had the role of the function adjustment of reproductive physiology.
