【摘要】 [目的]对比研究黄芪超细微粉与黄芪粗粉对雏鸡免疫功能的影响。[方法]试验选用180只1日龄健康海兰褐蛋雏鸡为动物模型,随机分为3组。其中,第1组为对照组,其余2组为试验组。每组设3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。将黄芪超细微粉及黄芪粗粉添加到雏鸡饲料中,通过测定体重、免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊)的重量、免疫器官指数、雏鸡对新城疫疫苗的免疫力,研究其对雏鸡免疫功能的影响。[结果]在体重变化方面,35日龄时,黄芪粗粉组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),黄芪超细微粉组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体水平比较,21、28、35日龄时,黄芪粗粉组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),黄芪超细微粉组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),试验组间差异显著(P<0.05)。免疫器官指数比较,49日龄时,黄芪粗粉组胸腺指数与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),黄芪超细微粉组胸腺指数与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]黄芪超细微粉与黄芪粗粉相比,在增加体重、血清抗NDV抗体效价平均值、法氏囊和胸腺指数等方面均占优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of super fine astragalus and crude astragalus particles in increasing the immune function of chickens.[Method] 180 healthy Hailan brown eggs chickens of 1d were choosed as the models.All chickens were divided into 3 groups at random,one groups was the contrast group and the others were test groups.Every group set up 3 repetitions,and 20 chickens in each repetition.Adding super fine astragalus particles and crude astragalus particles into the chicken’s food,the weight of their bodies,the weight of immune organs(spleen,chest gland and bursa),the index of immune organs and the chicken’s immunity to the Newcastle disease were measured to study their effects on the chicken’s immune functions.[Result] When the chickens were 35 days old,there were significant differences(P<0.05) between the crude astragalus particles group and the contrast group in body weight,and extremely significant differences(P<0.01) between the super fine astragalus particles group and the contrast group.When the chickens were 21,28 and 35 days old,there were significant differences(P<0.05) between the crude astragalus particles group and the contrast group in NDV antibody levels,and extremely significant differences(P<0.01) between the super fine astragalus particles group and the contrast group,and significant differences(P<0.05) between the test groups.When the chickens were 49 days old,there were significant differences(P <0.05) between the crude astragalus particles group and the contrast group in thymus index,and extremely significant differences(P<0.01) between the super fine astragalus particles group and the contrast group.[Conclusion] Compared the crude astragalus particles,the super fine astragalus particles have advantages in increasing body weight,the serum antibody titers against NDV average,the index of bursa and chest gland.更多还原
