能源植物膏桐种子萌发温度研究

【摘要】 [目的]探讨膏桐种子最适宜的发芽温度。[方法]分别采用室温清水浸种18 h,60℃清水浸种10 min,20%双氧水浸种3 min和无任何处理的膏桐种子,放置于15.0、17.5、20.0、22.5、25.0、27.5、30.0℃的恒温下进行发芽试验,研究不同温度对膏桐种子萌发的影响。[结果]在15.0℃条件下膏桐种子不能萌发;温度在17.5~30.0℃时,膏桐种子均可萌发,并且随着温度的升高,种子发芽势和发芽率均有提高,且差异达到显著水平。而温度在25.0~30.0℃时,膏桐种子发芽率和发芽势差异都不显著。[结论]不同处理的膏桐种子最适发芽温度不同,20%双氧水浸种3 min处理的膏桐种子最适发芽温度为25.0℃,其他方法处理的膏桐种子最适发芽温度为30.0℃。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of this study was to seek for the optimum seed germination temperature of Jatropha curcas.[Method] The seeds of J.curcas were treated with soaking by room-temperature distilled water for 18 h,with soaking by 60 ℃ distilled water for 10 min,with soaking by 20% hydrogen peroxide solution for 3 min and without any treatment,and then they were cultivated in 15.0,17.5,20.0,22.5,25.0,27.5 and 30.0 ℃,respectively,to test the germination rate and germination energy.[Result] The seeds could not germinate at 15.0 ℃.However,the seeds could germinate at the temperature from 17.5 to 30.0 ℃,with the increasing of temperature in the range of 17.5-30.0 ℃,seeds germination rate and germination energy became higher and higher,and the differences of seeds germination rate and germination energy were significant,but they were not significant at the temperature within the range from 25.0 ℃ to 30.0 ℃.[Conclusion] The optimal germination temperatures were different among the seeds treated by different methods,it was 25.0 ℃ for seeds treated with soaking by 20% H2O2 for 3 min,and 30.0 ℃ for the seeds treated with other methods.
