【Abstract】 With the rapid development of higher vocational education, vocational colleges are on the shift stage of transforming from the denotation expansion to the connotation development and it is imperative to establish and perfect the two-level management system of college and department. Through the research on some vocational colleges inside and outside Anhui province, we analyze basic present situation of the two-level management system in vocational colleges, and put forward basic principles of putting into effect the two-level management, the importance and necessity of establishing and perfecting the two-level management system of college & department, as well as major countermeasures.更多还原
