【Abstract】 Social Communication is the linkage and bridge of the development of human history. According to Marx and Engels, social communication is the precondition of material production. Consequently, improvement of productivity creates material conditions for further social communication and determines the form and change of social communication. Social communication lubricates social interaction and social harmony. Economy globalization marks the expansion of human social communication in terms of temporal and spatial measures.
