【摘要】 获取读者需求和读者参与采访工作是提高图书馆馆藏质量的重要手段。对高校图书馆采访工作中采取读者本位策略时出现的问题和各种影响因素进行了分析,提出了采访工作中读者本位运用的策略,即以执行必要的行政手段、与读者进行充分的交流沟通、引导和培养读者的兴趣、提供个性化的服务等多种方式吸引读者积极参与采访工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Acquiring readers’needs and readers’attending to the acquisition are important methods to improve the quality of the collection of college libraries. Through an analysis of the problems and many other influential factors which arise from taking reader-oriented tactics in college library acquisition,the paper argues that the reader-oriented tactics should be applied in college library acquisition,carrying out necessary administrative measures,making full exchange with readers,guiding and fostering the reader’s interest and providing personalization service to attract readers to attend acquisition actively.更多还原
