【Abstract】 The education model and the method are very important to raise the individual and innovation food technical personnel.This paper discussed the situation of food processing experiment,and analyzed how to improve the quality of food processing experiment.by which,the students’ knowledge was extended,the knowledge learned in class and book was understood and consolidated,the experimental skill and ability were improved and the interest of learning,creative spirit,and ability of analysis and resolving question were cultivated.更多还原
