【摘要】 对不同产地太子参药材性状和多糖含量进行观测,结果表明:太子参长度2.3-9.6 cm,平均长度在4.4041-4.9591 cm,直径0.1-0.52 cm,平均直径0.2012-0.2663 cm,最大直径平均0.2591-0.3594 cm;单个太子参平均重量0.1386-0.2293g,多糖含量20.5559%-24.2234%。不同产地太子参表面颜色、饱满度、平均长度、平均直径、平均单个重量和多糖含量均存在较大的差异。太子参多糖含量与太子参表面颜色、饱满度、平均直径和平均单个太子参的重量呈正相关,与太子参的长度相关性不大。精选去尾太子参品质明显高于未处理的太子参。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper measured the medicinal traits and the contents of polysaccharide of Psudostellaria heterophylla from different growing area.The results showed that Pseudostellaria in length between 2.3-9.6cm,the average length between 4.4041-4.9591cm,between 0.1-0.52cmin diameter,with an average diameter 0.2012-0.2663cm in between,the average maximum diameter is between 0.2591-0.3594cm,average weight a Single Pseudostellaria 0.1386-0.2293g in between,its polysaccharide content is in between 20.5559%-24.2234%.The Surface Color,plumpness,average length,average diameter,average individual weight and its polysaccharide content has obvious difference in the diferrent area.its polysaccharide content is positively correlated with its Surface Color,plumpness,average diameter,average Single weight.with the average length of Pseudostellaria little relevance.Pseudostellaria Quality of featured and Removal of the tail is significantly higher than untreated.更多还原
