纳滤处理含镍废水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用纳滤对含镍废水进行试验研究,讨论了浓差极化、操作压力、浓缩试验对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明NF90膜对含镍废水有良好的处理效果,去除率超过了98%,出水镍浓度低,根据污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996),该试验中的含镍废水经纳滤处理后可以达标排放;随着废液体积的浓缩,镍离子浓缩可达200倍以上,可回用于电镀槽,实现镍金属的再生利用。

【Abstract】 The experiments on nickelic wastewater were conducted.The effects of concentration polarization,operational pressure,and concentration test on the performance of nanofiltration membranes were investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of nickelic was higher than 98% and the concentration in permeated liquid was low,meeting the Discharge Standard(GB8978—1996) or using in washing electroplated products,which verified that nanofiltration is an effective method for removaling nickel;By the condense of nickelic solution,nickel enriched to 200 times and realize the hope of regenerating the nickel.
