【Abstract】 Unevenness is an important evaluation index to the classification of cotton yarn.Unevenness not only leads to an increasing spinning breakage rate,but also seriously spoils the appearance of fabrics.This paper introduces some influential factors on cotton yarn evenness,and by the orthogonal test the spinning process parameters were optimized.The results were found that the optimum roving twist factor is102,apron nip gauge is 3.5 mm,behind zone drafting multiple is 1.30 and behind zone gauge is 30 mm in spinning J14.6 tex cotton yarn.更多还原
