硬石膏粉体为填料制备白色及彩色涂料初探
Study on white and colored PVAc coatings based on anhydrite powders with different granularities
【摘要】 研究了200 M、1 250 M及1 250 M煅烧硬石膏粉体替代TiO2-CaCO3-滑石粉等无机填料制备聚醋酸乙烯酯白色及彩色涂料的涂料性能.通过系列测试发现:1 250 M煅烧硬石膏粉体为填料的白色及彩色涂料性能较好,在彩色涂料中比TiO2-CaCO3-滑石粉及其他硬石膏粉体具有更强的保色能力,有望在白色及彩色涂料中得到应用.
【Abstract】 A series of white and colored polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) coatings with anhydrite replacing TiO2-CaCO3-talcum powders were prepared and the properties of the above coatings filled with 200,1 250-meshed anhydrite as well as 1 250-meshed calcined anhydrite powders were studied and analyzed.The experimental results show that the properties of the white and colored PVAc coatings filled with 1 250-meshed calcined anhydrite powders are pretty good.Moreover,1 250-meshed calcined anhydrite powder has better color-retention property than that of TiO2-CaCO3-talcum powders or 200,1 250-meshed anhydrite powders,which makes it a promising material in applications of white and colored coatings.
