【Abstract】 It is to research the technology of ethanol extraction of total flavonol in the Herba Andrographitis. The mass fraction of the total flavonol in the Herba Andrographitis is taken as the investigative target,through single-factor and orthogonal experiments,to study the impactson mass fraction of the total flavonol caused by extracted temperature,mass fraction offlavones,ratio of solid to liquid,and extraction time. The result is that the best technical conditions is 50℃ of extracted temperature,2 hours of extracted time,60% of mass fraction of flavones,and 1∶20 of ratio of solid to liquid.更多还原
