电容式涡街流量计测量方法研究
Research of the measurement method of capacitive vortex flowmeter
【摘要】 比较了涡街流量计的测量方法,选用了具有灵敏度高、耐热性强、抗震性强等优点的电容式涡街流量计,介绍了其测量原理与系统组成.通过科学的理论推导,获得涡街力、偏转角与电容的关系,并将电容式涡街流量测量信号处理方法进行分析和比较.最后阐述了电容式涡街流量计研制的技术关键.
【Abstract】 The paper compared different types measurement method of vortex flowmeter,chose capacitive vortex flow meter with high sensitivity,heat-related,and the advantages of anti-vibration,introduced capacitive vortex flowmeter measuring principle and system components.It could get the relationship among vortex power,deflection angle and capacitance after deducing of scientific theory.It analysed and compared the signal processing methods of capacitive vortex flowmeter.At last,it elaborated the key technology of the capacitive vortex flowmeter.
