光周期对菠菜抽薹特性及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响

【摘要】 以3个具有不同抽薹特性的菠菜品种为试材,研究不同光周期对菠菜抽薹期的影响以及可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的动态变化。结果表明:光周期越长,菠菜抽薹越早,在14 h/d光周期处理下,73#、41#、48#菠菜分别在处理25、17、15 d抽薹;在12 h/d光周期处理下,73#、41#、48#菠菜分别在处理30、20、17 d抽薹;在10 h/d光周期处理下,73#和41#菠菜在处理40 d后未抽薹,48#在处理25 d时抽薹。在不同的光周期处理中,三个抽薹差异较大的菠菜品种可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的变化趋势基本一致。可溶性糖含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,抽薹前可溶性糖含量呈现上升状态,抽薹期达到一个高峰,抽薹后可溶性糖含量下降,且光周期越长这个高峰出现得越早;可溶性蛋白含量呈现双峰曲线,两个高峰分别出现在花芽分化期和抽薹期。综合看来,日照时数越长越有利于菠菜可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白积累以及促进抽薹。

【Abstract】 The effects of different photoperiods(10 h/d,12h/d and 14 h/d) on the bolting habit and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein of three different spinach varieties were studied.The results showed that the longer the photoperiod was,the earlier the spinach bolted.Under the 14 h/d treatment,the spinach 73#,41# and 48# bolted on the 25th,17th and 15th day after treatment respectively,while they bolted on the 30th,20th and 17th day after treatment respectively under the 12 h/d treatment.Under the different photoperiod treatments,the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar in the three cultivars changed in a similar tendency.The content of soluble sugar reached the peak at bolting stage,and increased before bolting,decreased after bolting.The longer the photoperiod was,the earlier the peak appeared.The content change of soluble protein showed two peaks,which appeared at floral bud differentiation stage and bolting stage.In a word,the longer light time was more benefit for bolting and accumulation of soluble sugar and soluble protein.
