菌生轮枝霉对鸡腿蘑侵染的研究初报

【摘要】 对菌生轮枝霉在斜面培养基和固体培养基上的生长状况及鸡腿蘑在母种、原种阶段感染菌生轮枝霉后形态特征的变化进行了研究,并对鸡腿蘑室内覆土栽培阶段不同时期接种菌生轮枝霉的发病情况进行了研究。结合生产实践推断,菌生轮枝霉的侵染主要发生在覆土期,侵染源来自于覆土和空气中的孢子,孢子的萌发与菇房内的温度及湿度有关。

【Abstract】 The growth characteristics of Verticillium fungicola var.aleophilum on slant media and solid media and the morphological change of Coprinus comatus spawn after infected during mother culture and primary spawn period were studied.The occurrence status of Verticillium fungicola var.aleophilum at different stages of the indoor tray-casing test of Coprinus comatus was also investigated.The results showed that the infection of Verticillium fungicola var.aleophilum occurred mainly during the casing period and the germination of the spores mainly from the casing soil and the air was related with the humidity and temperature of the cultivation-bed.
