【Abstract】 Using the theory of grey system and the vector projection,a new method for construction project investment and decision-making is presented.Multi-criteria decision grey relation projection method is applied and its basic theory is introduced.Meanwhile some factors are taken into account and an example is given.The result meets with the actual situation,which is available to construction project investment and decision-making.更多还原
