聚丙烯纤维混凝土抗拉增韧性能的初探及其在地铁工程中的试用
Experimental research on the cracking-resistance property of polypropylene fiber concrete and its application in the subway station
【摘要】 采用劈拉试验观测了聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗裂增韧性能。其结果表明:在聚丙烯纤维的掺量分别为300 g/m3,600g/m3,800 g/m3的条件下,以掺入800 g/m3的聚丙烯纤维对混凝土的阻裂增韧效果有较显著提高,并试用于上海某地铁车站。通过对车站某一标准段底板进行有限元分析,得出掺入800 g/m3聚丙烯纤维混凝土底板结构的抗裂增韧性能较好。
【Abstract】 This paper study on the cracking-resistance property of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete by splitting tensile test.The test result show that a content of polypropylene fiber(800 g/ m3 of concrete)markedly enhance the anti-cracking index under the condition that the material is admixed with polypropylene fiber of 300 g/m3,600 g/m3,800 g/m3.Then applied in certain subway station in Shanghai,analysis the soleplate of the subway station by finite element method,it play a role of anti-cracking and improving toughness in concrete.
