E/VAC增韧PBT复合材料的力学性能研究
STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PBT/(E/VAC) COMPOSITES
【摘要】 采用(乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯)共聚物(E/VAC)增韧改性聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT),研究了不同含量E/VAC和不同增容剂及其含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入E/VAC可以提高PBT的韧性,且引入(乙烯/丙烯酸甲酯)共聚物后复合材料的韧性进一步得到提高,但却使复合材料的拉伸强度降低;而三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯增容剂可以使复合材料的拉伸强度略有提高,而韧性稍有下降。
【Abstract】 E/VAC is used to toughen PBT,and the mechanical properties of composites without and with compatilizer are compared.The results show that the addition of E/VAC can improve the toughness of PBT.While adding EMA as compatibilizer,the toughness of the composites is better than that of the former ones,but the tensile strength is decreased.When TMPTA is used as compatilizer,the tensile strength is slightly increased.
