POE增韧聚乳酸复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用热塑性弹性体(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)作为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧改性剂,利用双螺杆挤出机经熔融共混制备PLA/POE复合材料。详细研究了POE含量对PLA性能的影响。借助扫描电子显微镜分析了不同增容剂增容PLA/POE复合材料的微观形貌,并对其物理、力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,当加入反应性增容剂POE缩水甘油基异丁酸酯类接枝物(牌号NAX00),且PLA、POE、NAX00的质量比为85∶10∶5时,复合材料的性能达到最佳,其缺口冲击强度是纯PLA的4.6倍左右。

【Abstract】 POE was used as modifier of PLA,the PLA/POE composite was prepared by means of twin-screw extruder in melt blending.The influence of PLA’s performance on the proterties of POE was studied in detail.Micromorphology of the PLA/POE composite containing different compatibilizer agent was analized by means of SEM,and it’s physical,mechanical properties was studied also.The results indicated when NAX00,a reactive compatibilier,was added,and the mass ratio of PLA,POE and NAX00 was 85∶10∶5,the property of composite reached maximum,and whose notched impact strength was 4.6 times of pure PLA.
