水射流用塑料磨料的表面亲水性研究及应用
STUDY ON SURFACE HYDROPHILICITY AND APPLICATION OF PLASTICS ABRASIVES IN WATER JET TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 以不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)通过悬浮聚合法制备水射流用塑料磨料,考察了Al2O3用量、不同亲水性共聚单体及用量对磨料表面亲水性的影响。结果表明,随着Al2O3用量的增加,磨料的水接触角增大;加入亲水性共聚单体后,磨料的表面亲水性增强,其中加入甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)时效果最显著;以100份UPR、6份HPMA与30份Al2O3悬浮聚合制备的塑料磨料,其表面水接触角为24.2°,可以满足水射流工艺的要求,已获得实际应用。
【Abstract】 The unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)particles used as abrasives in water jet medium were prepared by suspension polymerization. The factors such as content of Al2O3,different types of hydrophilic monomers and content of hydrophilic monomers that influenced the surface hydrophilicity of the abrasives were investigated. The results showed that the water contact angle of the abrasives surface decreased with increasing content of Al2O3; the surface hydrophilicity of abrasives with hydrophilic monomers was improved. Among the hydrophilic monomers ,2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA) had the best effect. When 6 phr HPMA,30 phr Al2O3 were added into 100 phr UPR,the water contact angle of the abrasives surface decreased to 24.2°. The abrasives could meet the requirement of water jet technique and they were practically applied in factories.
