【Abstract】 The working loads of work roll of carder were analyzed.The structural strengthes of work roll were computed by finite element analysis based on the mathematic model and Ansys9.0 software.The relationships of deformation of work roll under forces with length of axis head and thickness of wall of roll were provided.The optimum designs of work roll were conducted to determine the length of axis head and thickness of wall of roll.更多还原
