【摘要】 目的在医药卫生科学数据共享网建设中,建立统一与标准的数据模式描述规则与方法。方法以国家科学数据共享工程通用标准中的数据模式标准为基础,结合医药卫生领域科学数据的特点,利用UML类图和字典描述方法,制定了对数据模式进行描述的规则和方法。结果建立了对数据模式描述进行描述的标准化规则、方法与工作流程,为医药卫生科学数据共享网建立了关于数据模式的专用标准。结论统一规范化的数据模式描述规则是用户正确理解和使用医药卫生科学数据资源的前提条件和保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish unified and normative description rules and methods for the data schema in construction of Medical Science Data Share Network . Method: Based on the general standards of National Scoentific Data Sharing Project , combined with the actualization of medical field , used the method of UML diagram and data dictionary , established the unified and normative description rules and methods for data schema . Result: Established the normative description rules , method s and working flow for data schema , constituted a special standard about data schema for Medical Science Data Share Network .
