果蔬产品多农药残留的同时快速测定与高通量分析方法研究

【摘要】 总结对比了果蔬产品中多农药残留测定中常用的样品处理技术及农药残留分析中常用的检测分析手段,根据多种农药残留共存时重叠分析信号的化学计量学方法的分离确认,提出了多农药残留高通量分析方法.高通量分析方法有望在果蔬产品多农药残留分析时简化样品前处理过程,提高检测效率.

【Abstract】 The commonly used sample pretreatment technique and the detection technique of the commonly used in determination of multiresides are briefly summarized.Furthermore,the high-throughput analysis method that can be used for the multiresidues determination is proposed based on the separation and identification of the overlapping analytical signals with the aid of chemometric methods.It is pointed out that the high throughput analysis methods should play an important role in simplifying the sample pretreatment and increasing the detection efficiency for the determination of multiresidues in fruits and vegetables.
