ABS复合材料的阻燃及静态力学性能研究

【摘要】 以PVC,CPE,纳米Mg(OH)2和纳米ZnSnO3为阻燃剂对ABS进行改性,结果表明,ABS复合体系的最佳配方为:m(ABS)∶m(PVC)∶m(CPE)∶m(纳米Mg(OH)2)∶m(纳米ZnSnO3)=100∶60∶11∶3.5∶2.此时,体系的拉伸强度为36.39 MPa,缺口冲击强度为34.80 kJ/m2,氧指数为31.5%,水平燃烧达到Ⅰ级,垂直燃烧达到FV-0级,而且燃烧过程中几乎没有黑烟产生,复合体系综合性能较佳.

【Abstract】 PVC,CPE,nano-Mg(OH)2 and nano-ZnSnO3 were used to modified ABS.The results showed that the best prescription:m(ABS)∶m(PVC)∶m(CPE)∶m(nano-Mg(OH)2)∶m(nano-ZnSnO3)=100∶60∶11∶3.5∶2.The tensile strength was 36.39 MPa,the notched impact strength was 34.8 kJ /m2,the oxygen index was 31.5%,level firing ranked I,vertical firing ranked FV-0 and almost there was no black smoke in the combustion process.The comprehensive performance of compound system was better.
