中国主产烟区烤烟硫含量的分布特点及与其他化学成分的相关分析

【摘要】 分析了2003—2005年我国3122份烤烟样品硫含量在不同产区、不同品种、不同等级间的分布特点,并对烤烟硫含量与其他化学成分进行了相关分析.结果表明:我国烤烟硫含量普遍偏高,平均硫含量≥0.70%的样品占91.77%;烟叶硫含量在产区、品种和等级间均存在着显著差异;以烟叶硫含量0.70%为临界点将供试烤烟样品分为2组,烟叶总氮、总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比在组间差异达到了0.05的显著水平.此外,C3F烟叶硫含量与其他主要化学成分的相关性在不同烟区间存在较大差异;当硫含量<0.70%时,不同等级烟叶硫含量与总植物碱呈显著正相关,与总糖、糖碱比、氮碱比均呈显著负相关.

【Abstract】 3122 samples from 2003 to 2005 were used as materials to analyze the distribution of sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco leaves of China among different tobacco-growing areas,different cultivars and different grades,and correlation between sulfur content and other chemical components was also analyzed.The results indicated that sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco leaves of China was high in general,and samples of sulfur content ≥0.70% took 91.77% of the total.Sulfur content in flue-cured tobacco leaves had significant difference among different tobacco-growing areas,different cultivars and different grades.Tobacco samples were classified into two groups according to the point of sulfur content 0.70%,and total N,total sugar,reducing sugar and ratio of reducing sugar to total alkaloids showed significant differences at 0.05 level between two groups.Besides there existed big difference for correlations between sulfur content and other chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves of grade C3F.When sulfur content was less than 0.70%,sulfur content had significant positive correlation with total alkaloids,and significant negative correlation with total sugar,ratio of reducing sugar to total alkaloids,and total N to total alkaloids for different grades,respectively.
