气相色谱分析和傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱识别花生油中棕榈油
DISCRIMINATION OF PALM OIL I N PEANUT OIL BY GC AND FTIR
【摘要】 利用脂肪酸分析和傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱,针对21种花生油、20种棕榈油及4种调和油进行数据处理,并进行识别.以它们在傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱1 099 cm-1、1 118 cm-1处的吸收峰的面积作为红外特征信息;通过气相色谱分析得到每种植物油脂的脂肪酸组成,峰面积归一化法计算各脂肪酸的百分含量,以每种油脂的棕榈酸(C16∶0)和硬脂酸(C18∶0)百分含量的比值为横坐标,亚油酸(C18∶2)和油酸(C18∶1)的百分含量的比值为纵坐标,用Origin 7.5软件作图;再组合红外特征信息和脂肪酸特征信息,A1099 cm-1/A1118 cm-1为横坐标,AC16∶0/AC18∶0为纵坐标,用Origin 7.5作图.结果显示,花生油和棕榈油信息点均有各自分布区域,调和油的信息点在分布图中呈线性分布趋势.
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to discriminate the peanut oil、palm oil and blend oil by Gas Chromatography and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.21 kinds of peanut oil,20 kinds of palm oil and 4 kinds of blend oil were selected as the samples.The spectra of these different vegetable oils by FTIR were pretreated,and the peak area of 1 099 cm-1、1 118 cm-1 were selected as the characteristic information.The fatty acids of vegetable oil were analyzed by Gas Chromatography,and the content of fatty acids was obtained by the peak area normalization method.The figure was drawn with the ratio of C16:0 and C18∶0 as the x axis,the ratio of C18∶2 and C18∶1 as the y axis.Combining the fatty acid characteristic and FTIR characteristic,The figure was drawn with 1 099 cm-1 and 1 118 cm-1 as the x axis,and the ratio of C16∶0 and C18∶0 as the y axis.It is found that peanut oil and palm oil can be separated from each other,and the information points of blend oil are in linear trend.
