合金元素的配比对缸体性能的影响

【摘要】 针对江淮汽车2.4 L新型汽油机缸体铸件,试验加入少量Cu、Cr、Sn等合金元素的配比对高碳当量灰铸铁抗拉强度、硬度以及金相组织的影响。结果表明,合金元素Cr、Cu对灰铸铁强度有明显影响,Sn对硬度影响较大。当C含量在3.25%~3.35%,Si含量在1.95%~2.05%时,铁液中的Cu、Cr、Sn元素的理想含量应该分别为0.6%~0.7%,0.25%~0.35%,0.06%~0.09%。在这种配比条件下浇注的缸体铸件,力学性能和机加工性能可以很好的满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 With a new type 2.4 L cylinder of gas engine as a target casting,the effect of small amount of chromium,copper,tin on the tensile strength,hardness and microstructure of high carbon equivalent grey iron was investigated.The results show that chromium and copper have obvious effects on the strength and tin has a large effect on the hardness.When the composition is 3.25%~3.35%C,1.95%~2.05%Si,0.25%~0.35%Cr,0.30%~0.50%Cu,0.06%~0.09%Sn of tin,the cylinder casting has good mechanical property and machining property,which can meet the requirements in the practical use.
