Ca对Mg-Si合金显微组织和阻尼性能的影响
Effect of Ca on Microstructure and Damping Capacities of Mg-Si Alloys
【摘要】 研究Ca对Mg-1 wt.%Si镁合金显微组织和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,微量Ca可显著改善初生Mg2Si相的形貌,且可细化针状共晶相,Ca含量较高时,合金中有Ca MgSi相形成。Ca的加入可提高合金阻尼性能,降低临界应变振幅。不同Ca含量下合金阻尼特征均表现为应变振幅相关性,但在测试频率范围内,频率对合金阻尼性能影响不大。
【Abstract】 The effect of Ca on microstructure and damping capacities of Mg-1 wt.%Si alloys were studied.The morphology of primary Mg2Si phase can be modified significantly and the needle-like eutectic microstructure can be refined greatly,High addition of Ca results in the formation of CaMgSi phase.The addition of Ca can improve the damping capacities and decrease the critical strain amplitude of MgSi alloys.The damping characteristics of the alloys with different Ca contents are strain amplitude dependent,but frequency can hardly affect on damping capacities in frequency range of test.
