【摘要】 运用正交试验法,研究1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢等离子渗氮工艺。分析影响渗氮层结构和性能的主要工艺因素,获得渗氮工艺最优化参数。通过光学显微镜观察渗氮层的组织,利用显微硬度计测定各试样渗氮层的室温显微硬度。结果表明,影响渗氮工件表面结构和性能的主要因素是渗氮温度和N2∶H2;渗氮层最大厚度为56.50μm,最大显微硬度为1 732.00HV;最佳氮化工艺参数为:氮化温度560℃,N2∶H2=1∶1,工作炉压533.288 Pa,氮化时间3 h。

【Abstract】 The plasma nitriding technology of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was studied by an orthogonal test.The main factors which affect the nitride layer structure and properties were analyzed,and the optimized parameters were obtained.The treating layers of microstrutures are analyzed by optical microscope,and the room temperature microhardness measurement was performed on a microhardness tester.The results show that the main parameters of nitriding processing that affect the surface microstruture and properties are nitriding temperatures and N2∶H2.The maximum thickness of nitriding layer and microhardness are 56.50 μm and 1 732.00 Hv respectively.The optimum technical parameters are that temperature,time,pressure and the ratio of N2 to H2are 560 ℃,3 h,1,533.288 Pa and 1∶1,respectively.
