球墨铸铁管消失模铸造的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Expendable Process Casting of Ferrite-ductile Iron Pipes
【摘要】 为提高新兴铸管有限公司桃江公司球墨铸铁管的质量,对其消失模铸造过程进行计算机数值模拟,包括:充型过程模拟及分析,凝固过程模拟及分析,缩孔、缩松的预测等。通过模拟找出了缺陷易产生部位,结果与实际生产情况相符合,采取针对性的工艺措施,有效地消除了缺陷。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of the ferrite-ductile iron pipes in Taojiang,Xinxing Ductile Pipes Co.,Ltd.,The expendable process castingprocess was simulated r,which included simulation and analysis of mold filling process,solidification process and the forecast of shrinkage and shrinkage porosity.The positions where the defects were easily to occur were found through simulation,which is in accordance with the case of practice.The defects were eliminated effectively by adopting modified measures.
