MSMT法制备铝合金半固态浆料组织控制的研究
Study on the Microstructure Control of Aluminum Alloy Semi-solid Slurry Prepared by MSMT Technology
【摘要】 采用自行设计的分散混合流变制浆技术(MSMT),制备出了组织细小、均匀且具有近似球状α-Al初生相的铝合金半固态浆料。试验结果表明,熔体浇注温度、分散器转速和制浆室温度是影响半固态浆料组织的主要因素,低的熔体浇注温度和制浆室温度有利于减小初生相的尺寸,促进其向球状生长。此外,对MSMT技术的形核机理进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy semi-solid slurry with fine and uniform structure and approximate spherical primary α-Al was prepared utilizing a self-developed apparatus of melt spreading and mixing technology(MSMT).The experimental results shows that the microstructure of the semi-solid slurry is mainly depended on melt pouring temperature,mixer rotation speed,and slurry-making chamber temperature.Low melt pouring temperature and slurry-making chamber temperature are favorable for reducing size of primary phase and promoting the formation of spherical primary phase.In addition,the nucleation mechanism of MSMT technology is discussed.
