高碳硼钢的组织和性能研究
Study on Microstructure and Properties of HighCarbon Boron Steel
【摘要】 借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线分析仪和透射电镜等手段,研究了硼(B)含量在0.1%~1.0%和碳(C)含量0.6%~0.8%的铸造高碳硼钢的凝固和热处理组织。结果表明,铸造高碳硼钢的凝固组织由FeB、铁素体、珠光体和马氏体及贝氏体组成,硼碳化物呈网状沿晶界分布。在900℃以上长时间的高温热处理,FeB全部转变成Fe2B,硬度达56 HRC,冲击韧度达7 J/cm2。
【Abstract】 The solidification and heat-treatment structures of cast high-carbon boron steel containing 0.1%~1.0% B and 0.6%~0.8% C were studied by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the solidification structures of cast highcarbon boron steel consist of boride(FeB),pearlite,ferrite,martensite,and bainite.And boride distributes along grain boundary in a network form.FeB phases totally transform into Fe2B phases after heat treatment at 900 ℃ for at least 3 h the hardness and the impact toughness of high boron steel are 56 HRC and 7 J/cm2 respectively.
