SiC/钢表面复合材料冲蚀磨损性能研究

【摘要】 采用喷射式冲蚀磨损试验机与SEM表面形貌分析相结合的方法,对消失模铸渗法制备的SiC/钢表面复合材料的冲蚀磨损行为与机理进行了研究。结果表明,SiC/钢表面复合材料的冲蚀磨损率随冲蚀角的增大而迅速增大,当冲蚀角达到60°时,冲蚀磨损率达到最大值,随后其冲蚀磨损率稍有降低。分析了反应烧结SiC陶瓷的冲蚀磨损机理。

【Abstract】 The erosion wear behavior and mechanism of SiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composite prepared by V-EPC casting infiltration method were studied utilizing a jet erosion tester along with SEM surface analysisr.The results show that the erosive wear rate of SiC/steel surface composite e increases with the increase of erosion angle and reach the peak value when the erosion angle is 60°.The erosive wear rate decreases with the increase of erosion angle after the erosion angle is above 60°.The erosion wear mechanism of SiC/steel surface composite was analyzed.
