脉冲对20MnSi铸坯偏析和显微组织的影响
Effect of Electrical Pulse on Segregation and Microstructure of 20MnSi Casting Slabs
【摘要】 电脉冲通入连铸中间包钢液中,可使铸坯中心裂纹明显改善甚至消失;合适的脉冲参数使铁素体组织更加均匀、细化,但电流过大也会增加组织的不均匀性,对轧制工艺产生不利影响;电脉冲可以显著改善铸坯中各元素的偏析程度,如使S的最大偏析度从1.61减小到0.90~1.05,Si,Mn的偏析也有所减小,但电脉冲处理后P的偏析从0.77增大到1.05,电脉冲处理改善了其中S、Si、Mn元素的偏析,对P的偏析影响需进一步试验验证。
【Abstract】 When current pulse was added into molten steel in tundish of continuous casting,the crack in the centre of billet is obviously modified and even disappeared;Proper pulse parameters can make the ferritic more uniform and fine,but the larger current can decrease the uniformity and cause the disadvantage effect for the rolling.Electrical pulse can decrease the segregation of each element in casting billet significantly,for instances,maximum segregation of sulfur decreases from 1.61 to 0.90~1.05,but the segregation of phosphorus increase from 0.77 to 1.05,the current pulse can improve the segregation of S、Si and Mn element.
