重型载货汽车空气悬架系统仿真分析
Simulation and Analysis on the Air Suspension System of Trucks
【摘要】 悬架系统是保证重型载货汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性的重要部件,空气悬架系统以其高强度、高舒适性和高吸振性能力等优点将在重型载货车上得到广泛应用。建立重型载货汽车1/2车辆仿真模型,采用Matlab/Simulink的仿真平台开发了随机路面输入下的重型载货汽车空气悬架仿真分析系统,用于分析空气悬架各主要性能参数对重型载货汽车动态响应的影响,并为空气悬架系统的设计匹配提供依据。
【Abstract】 The suspension system is an important component for ensuring the ride comfort and the stability of a truck.The air suspension will be widely applied in trucks because of its advantages in high strength,good comfort and high absorptivity of vibration.A 1/2-truck simulation model is established in this paper.Using the simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink,the simulation system for the air suspension system of trucks under random input of road situation is developed,in order to analyse the influence of the main structural parameters of suspension on truck dynamic response,and provide the basis of the design and matching the truck’s air suspension.
