【摘要】 介绍了本钢浦项连续退火机组试制780MPa级DP钢的工艺流程,并测试了试验钢的组织及性能。结果表明:通过连续退火工艺,试验钢获得了铁素体+马氏体的双相细晶组织;Ti通过细晶强化和沉淀强化,提高了试验钢的强度;试验钢拉伸曲线出现明显屈服现象与Ti的碳氮化物和快冷冷却速度不足有关。

【Abstract】 The process of 780MPa cold rolled DP steel,piloted in continuous annealing line of Benxi Iron & Steel Co.,was introduced.The microstructure and property of tested steels were measured.The results showed that microstructure was composed of ferrite and martensite with fine grain.Ti contributed to strength through refining grain and precipitation strengthening mechanism.Discontinuous yield appearance during tensile testing was correlated with Ti(C、N) and carbide precipitation due to lower rapid cooling rate.
