响应面法优化PB011脂肪酶催化大豆油合成生物柴油工艺
Optimization of PB011 lipase-catalyzed synthesis of biodiesel from soybean oil by response surface method
【摘要】 利用响应面法对PB011脂肪酶催化大豆油合成生物柴油的反应条件进行了优化。以脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)转化率为指标,考察了反应酶量、反应温度、有机溶剂量、底物摩尔比、流加次数、含水量对大豆油-甲醇酯交换反应的影响。采用6因素5水平和3个中心点的中心组合设计,对实验条件进行优化,通过Modde 8.0软件对实验结果进行分析,确定了最佳反应条件以及影响反应的关键因素。结果表明,酯交换反应进行的最佳反应条件为:酶量11.5%,反应温度37.5℃,甲醇流加次数4次,有机溶剂量19 mL,体系含水量2.5%,底物摩尔比1∶1。在此条件下FAME的转化率达96.89%。
【Abstract】 PB011 lipase was used to catalyze soybean oil to produce biodiesel.The influences of enzyme dosage,reaction temperature,organic solvent dosage,substrate molar ratio,adding times and water content on transesterification reaction were researched,and the reaction conditions were optimized by response surface method(RSM).The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:enzyme dosage 11.5%,reaction temperature 37.5℃,adding times of methanol 4,solvent dosage 19 mL,water content 2.5%,substrate molar ratio 1∶1.Under the best conditions,the conversion rate of FAME can reach 96.89%.
